INVOICING

When filling out the online registration form the Secretariat strongly recommend to pay particular attention to the Invoicing page.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellations must be sent in writing to federica.assanelli@mzevents.it

The amount equal to 50% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 15 July 2026.
After 15 July 2026 no refunds will be issued.
All refunds will be paid in euros after the congress.
